Highlights:

A competitive athlete with skills and experiences in a wide array of areas, never shy of learning to continue to grow and hone the skills necessary for improvement. After twelve years of badminton, there is an understanding that as much as the on-court work must be done, research and knowledge in other aspects such as weight training, nutrition, routine building, goal setting, and body growth are just as important in athlete development. Finding ways to help others learn and understand the importance of these concepts help the sport grow as a whole.
